Our vision is to come alongside those that serve our community by listening, renewing energy, engaging in positive risks, and providing resources to help revitalize & launch programs that would otherwise be cast aside. We serve these leaders in our community with no strings attached. We can't win if they don't!

There are only two types of people allowed into the king's enter chambers: his royal family and his servants, and we're definitely not royal family.
What we are doing
Hopester is continuing to grow our network of partnerships throughout Kern County. We are excited to help initiate and facilitate pilot programs, and are always on the lookout for volunteer opportunities.
Hopester seeks to cultivate, network, and partner with individuals who we see have the potential to become effective leaders in the community. Our goal with these one-on-one opportunities is to bring out and maximize the natural talents of these leaders to become agents of hope.
